Stop Controlling Everything
We have repeatedly told youhow very important it is to control everything, but now we would like to speak about something else. Try to get rid of the useless syndrome of ubiquitous control. Do not attempt to control the situation which does not depend upon you (natural disasters, currency exchange rates, dismissal of an employee at his/her own request, etc. ...). Do not try to change the people that surround you. Be wise: get adjusted to the situation, be flexible and try to make the best of everything.

Stop Sticking to Past
Changes are necessary for any further development. But many people have the unexplained nostalgia for the past, especially if the past was definitely better than the present. Let the memories go, do not let them be part of your current life. Memories are in your past, whereas changes help you improve your life, develop yourself and move forward. Such is the property of any changes. Always bear in mind`: "whatever happens, happens for the better". It is true!

Forget About Fears
People say, "fear has magnifying eyes". Fear as such does not exist. You create it in your mind. Someone is afraid of dogs, and someone is not. Here is an example of subjective attitude to reality. Fear exists in your head only. Change your attitude, and your reality will change as well.

Stop Impressing People
If you look great, and people admire you, it is always good!=) But now we talk about the amazing phenomenon of trying to impress anybody, no matter how strategically important it may be for a person. In plain words, stop wasting your time on random people you come across who for some reason do not perceive you as a professional, good wife, or whatever. Maybe they subconsciously dislike your appearance. After all, you are not undergoing a plastic surgery for them! Do not try to be what you are not. Stay as you are, and love yourself for what you are! Clever educated people value this quality much higher than the rest of your qualities.
