There is certainly no clear prescription for the preparation of a leader. Albert Einstein said, "You will never be able to solve a problem, if you use the same way of thinking and the same approach that led you to this problem." So the first thing to do in the way of leadership is to change one's mind, one's attitude to things and people and finally start thinking as a leader. Without this, all other things are useless.

What does it mean "to change one's mid"? It means you have to make a fresh start. Leader - Success - Freedom are indivisible concepts. Without freedom of consciousness there is no leader, without the leader there is no success.
I. Get Rid of Prejudices
As long as you depend on other people's opinion, you are afraid of public censure all the time, and the social structure of the world seems to you exactly the same as in the communist system, you are unlikely to become a leader. We do not advise you to neglect the norms of public morality. But do not hide your desires and healthy ambitions under a layer of self-imposed rules. Who told you that you must get a university degree first, and only then start your business. If you think it is time to do something now, go for it!
"Go away at any moment and create your own business, you will always have time return to Harvard!"

II. Dream
Remember that your dream is the most important incentive in your life. If your motto is "I am happy with everything", if you are content with whatever you have, you will remain where you are in the best case. In the worst case you will be driven far back. Because if you do not swim against the tide, you cannot even stay in the same place. One must swim faster. Allow yourself to dream. By itself, the dream is rather abstract. But if you make it a rule to dream at leisure, you will feel very specific goals appear in your mind. And if you see a goal, you can see and the way to it.

III. Plan
Now that you see your goal and understand what is to be done to achieve it, prioritise and sketch out a plan of action. It is important to not only to act, but also do it in time.
"The right decision made late is a mistake."
(C) Lee Iacocca
Allow us to remind you that this plan should be your working tool. The less you deviate from the plan, the faster you get closer to your goal. This may not seem a revelation to you, but have you ever tried at least once during the six months to live according to the principles set out above? Never? Then do not want to hear "it does not work" and "it's not my cup of tea!"
Try to begin with what we told you in this article. The effect is guaranteed! And the question "How to become a leader?" will not be able to paralyse your mind. We checked it !!!)
