Six years ago Olesya Pogrebnyak and Cyril Rogalev opened a studio of T-shirt printing "JaMaica" in St. Petersburg. (The symbolic name sounds in Russian as "I am a T-shirt"). Given the ruthless domination of the mass market, it is not so easy find a T-shirt much to one's liking: either the print is wrong, or the quality and the size are not suitable, or the price is too high. So "JaMaica" quickly found its customer. Now Olesya and Cyril have 2 studios in St. Petersburg and 1 in Moscow.
In "Jamaica" you can order a T-shirt of your own design or choose a print from the catalogue. If you do not know how to draw, but would very much like to, a staff designer can help you put your ideas into practice by creating a print according to your recommendations.
The studio would not be so popular, if the guys were limited to the standard offline and online-sales only. The Online store allows you to purchase your favorite T-shirt, as well as to take advantage of a real studio: choose the color, size, textiles, upload your own print, etc. But this is not all.
