You may be really exhausted. In this case, your capacity for work is reduced by several times, and just having a rest the way you usually do is ineffective. Your body needs recuperation. Drop everything you were doing, even if something is unfinished. Allow yourself a week's holiday for recovery. Forget your work for a while. Gradually, your brain will restart by itself.
